    • Target oriented Channle development of Door Hardware products through Dealers in Pune.
    • Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness about the company & its products.
    • Constantly review the business performance of the respective region.
    • Constantly monitor & develop systems, processes & infrastructure which will lead to superlative growth.
    • To find out customers and contractors who would be good partners and inform the supervisor on regular basis.
    • Co-ordination & Interaction with the leading distributors dealers..
    • Dealer Network Expansion and management.
    • Manage Sales planning, forecasting and achievement of the same in assigned region.
    • Providing timely feedback regarding market conditions as well as specific customers’ demands to help management devise necessary plans.

    Soft Skills:

    • Good Communication & Presentation skills
    • Proficient in the local language
    • Candidates with door hardware distribution business experience preferred.
